Home is built to get the most out of training anywhere. The only pieces of equipment that you’ll probably need to buy is at least one short resistance band and at least one long resistance band. If you had more than one of each at different resistances, that would be even better as it would allow you to make sure you have the right resistance for each move and push yourself more by using a stronger band when you’re ready.
Apart from those bands, a sturdy chair, a wall and a heavy item like a sofa or a bed or a kitchen table for attaching the long bands to is all you’ll need. Additionally, heavy books or water bottles work really well to replace light dumbbells 💪
