Your tracked data, whether that is weight, reps or time will be stored in the AFLETE app even after resetting the entire guide or individual workouts.
To view your history, all you need to do is select the week and then the individual workout. When you are on the workout screen you will see a ‘details’ button under each exercise.
Select ‘details’ and you will see all the set history for that particular exercise along with the date and time it was completed, making it easier to track your progress.
