Unlike all my other guides, HIIT isn’t a training programme that’s designed to be your entire schedule of workouts. Instead, it’s a collection of individual workouts you can use however, whenever.
My advice would be to use HIIT whenever you fancy a HIIT workout in your own training. If you like to have dedicated days for HIIT workouts, that’s perfect. If you like throwing them onto the end of workouts, that’s perfect too.
There’s no wrong way, as long as you’re not exhausting yourself (don’t worry, I’ll help you avoid this with the information in the ebook that comes with every copy of the guide!)
You’ll have HIIT workouts that really work and that are fun and varied, and they’re there for you whenever you need inspiration for a HIIT workout :)
